Terms and Conditions

1. Plan Overview
   • Monthly Fee: £20.00 GBP
   • Payment Method: Standing Order to the account details provided.
   • Rolling monthly subscription – cancel anytime.
2. Payment & Cancellation
   • To keep your plan active, payments must be made each month.
   • If you cancel after paying for the month, no refunds will be issued for that period.
   • You are responsible for cancelling your standing order.
   • If payment is not received on the due date and no prior notice is given, we will assume cancellation and stop managing your website. We will always attempt to contact you first.
3. Price Changes
   • OJM Web Design reserves the right to increase the plan price. You will receive 1 month’s notice before any change.
4. Website Ownership
   • Cancelling the plan does not affect your website’s functionality.
   • You will be responsible for managing your site or appointing another provider.
   • If you do not currently have admin access, we will transfer full ownership to you upon cancellation.
5. Update Times
   • Updates typically appear within hours but may take up to 48 hours in rare cases.
   • If updates exceed 3 working days, please contact us for assistance.
   • Reminder – Oliver is currently studying for A Levels, so please be patient when requesting edits.
6. Payment Processing
   • Payments may take up to 72 hours to reflect in your Client Portal.
   • Transactions can be viewed under Client Portal → Transactions.
7. Liability
   • OJM Web Design is not responsible for:
     • Background errors, server issues, update failures, or backup errors.
     • Security breaches, hacking, or attacks. We will implement best practices but cannot guarantee 100% protection.
8. Included Services
   • Website content updates (excluding major design changes)
   • Security and uptime monitoring
   • Plugin and theme updates
   • Technical support (e.g., fixing forms)
   • Direct contact with Oliver for quick revisions and support
